REGISTRATION AND LICENSING

The Andhra Pradesh Shops & Establishments Act, 1988 and Rules made there under.

Registration:

Every employer of an establishment/Shop shall within thirty days from the date of which the establishment commences its work, send to the Inspector concerned a statement in form-I , containing such particulars, together with a challan in support of the payment of fees, as prescribed.

Renewal:

Every application for renewal of Registration certificate made under section 4 of the Act shall be submitted by the employer to the Inspector of the area concerned in form-III within thirty days before the expiry of the Registration. The application for renewal of certificate of Registration shall be accompanied by a challan for the fees prescribed.

Shops/Establishments employing no persons.                                                          30/-

Shops/Establishments employing up to 5 persons.                                                 100/-

Shops/Establishments employing 6 and above and Up to 10 persons.                    200/-

Shops/Establishments employing more than 11 and Up to 20 persons.                  350/-

Shops/Establishments employing 21 and above And up to 50 persons.               1000/-

Shops/Establishments employing 51 persons and Above and up to 100 persons. 2000/-

Shops/Establishments employing 101 and above                                                2500/-

Fee for issue of duplicate certificate for Registration:

Establishment having no employees              30/-
